These Terms of Use constitute a legally binding agreement made between you, whether personally or on behalf of an entity, and Palomero Plus, concerning your access to and use of our application.
Palomero Plus offers auto-renewable subscriptions to access premium features. Payment will be charged to your mobile store account (Apple App Store or Google Play Store) at confirmation of purchase. The subscription automatically renews unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
You can manage and cancel your subscriptions in your mobile store account settings after purchase.
By using the Application, you represent and warrant that:
You may not access or use the Application for any purpose other than that for which we make the Application available. The Application may not be used in connection with any commercial endeavors except those that are specifically endorsed or approved by us.
These Terms shall be governed by and defined under the laws of the United States. Palomero Plus and yourself irrevocably consent that the courts of the United States shall have exclusive jurisdiction to resolve any dispute which may arise in connection with these terms.
